Being among the winners of the Nikon Small World competition is a true honor and an immense joy. My image, which shows a parasitic fungus growing on a dead fly, is a great contribution, and I am proud to be part of Nikon Small World. Science and the Nikon Small World competition are extremely important, as they open doors and spark curiosity in those of us who appreciate this miniature world.
